To The Point Acupuncture welcomes you!

It is easy to say that there is a common goal that most would agree with. That is…..to live the most vibrant life we can live. Through all the various changes within our course of life comes adaptations and new experiences. How we handle these changes physically, mentally, and emotionally determines the overall outcome of those experiences. Do you ever just feel like you are soaring through life with complete ease? Most of us would say no. Most are either experiencing some form of chronic pain or difficulty regulating emotions, or are just not feeling well. That’s where alternative medicine is beginning to make its most abundant appearance. All too often people are becoming completely tied to their symptoms and are not living the lives we all so desire and deserve.

We want that life for you.

Our team consist of Stacey Kent, Nicole Mougianis, Autumn Snavely, and Jennifer Norfolk. Our paths all crossed within the last few years through our journey of learning and loving this medicine. The idea of collaboration was inspired due to our individual aspirations of providing care and compassion we feel our patients need and deserve. We each have our own unique experiences and passions that allow for a multifaceted approach towards care. We strive to empower our patients to become active participants in their wellness through education, communication and lifestyle adaptations. We are immensely grateful for the opportunity to facilitate healing within you both inside and outside the clinic.

What exactly is Acupuncture you may ask….
Acupuncture is an ancient medicinal modality that encourages the body to promote natural healing and to improve functioning. This is done by inserting thin filiform needles at specific acupuncture points. (Do they hurt? Click here )This effective Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) method involves our body’s channels of energy known as Qi (What’s Qi? Click here ) which flow in regular patterns within the body and over its surface. These energy channels are like rivers flowing through the body to irrigate and nourish the tissues. An obstruction in the movement of these “energy rivers” is like a dam that backs up. The channels can be influenced by needling the acupuncture points; the acupuncture needles unblock the obstructions at the dams and reestablish a regular energy flow through the body.
