We are incredibly focused on local, and individual communities and their people. At CPP we truly believe that local residents have agency, voice, and power in their lives. We focus on issues of economic and racial justice, and how to get students, faith based organizations, and community entities invested in making healthier neighborhoods. We are currently running a state-wide campaign that focuses on getting mental health and addiction services to those experiencing addiction instead of sending them to prison. If we could provide those facing addiction and mental health issues with services to improve their personal health, then we would be safer and healthier communities across our state, especially those being wrecked by the opioid crisis.
